Web TV broadcasts available from research seminar: Next Generation Sequencing and Stem Cell Research
Rickard Sandberg from the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology at Karolinska Institute, Stockholm (photo) and Tarjei S. Mikkelsen from Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Boston, USA gave lectures on October 28th in the New Research Building at Montebello. Titles of their talks: "Analysis of gene regulation in stem cells and early embryos by deep RNA sequencing" (Sandberg) and "Comparative Epigenomics of Human and Murine Adipogenesis" (Mikkelsen)
The theme of the research seminar was "Next Generation Sequencing and Stem Cell Research".
For those interested in the topics, but could not attend the lectures: It is now possible to enjoy the talks through Web TV.
This seminar was organized by the Helse Sør-Øst/University of Oslo Microarray Core Facility and Norwegian Center for Stem Cell Research. Organizer: Leonardo A. Meza-Zepeda
