King Olav V's cancer research prize for 2011 was on June 14th given to professor Sverre Heim from the Section for Cancer Cytogenetics at the Institute for Medical Informatics at the Norwegian Radium Hospital.
The prestigious prize is distributed annually by the Norwegian Cancer Society, and the winner receives NOK 750.000.
