Booking labs, instruments, offices, and the phone booth
We are using the TeamUp website to manage our departmental calendars, which will help streamline scheduling and resource management. The platform allows everyone to easily view and manage bookings for various labs, offices, and instruments.

Important points:
- Scheduling conflict are not allowed.
- You can decide which calendar to visualize on the left side. Click on the eye icon to hide/show all, or one categori to show/hide that one.
- if you notice that some instruments are not listed in the calendar, contact Nicola.
Getting Started: To access the calendars, simply use the provided link. A password is required - please see your email or ask a colleague. You can select the relevant sub-calendar and add your bookings. Please make sure to always check the appropriate calendar before scheduling to avoid conflicts. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to Nicola.
You can also use the Teamup app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When starting for the first time, don't create an acount, but click "Continue without account" at the bottom. Then enter the URL "https://teamup.com/ksozzmzy2z3tkv8zob". Enter the password (see your email or ask a colleague). The screen can quickly get a bit crowded, but you can select to see only one subcalendar if you want, and you can turn the screen in landscape mode to get a better overview.
Booking a meeting room
You can book our meeting rooms "OUSHF M E484 Tårnsalen" or "OUSHF M E495 Studentrom" (next to the lunchroom) in the Outlook calendar when logged into an OUS PC or virtual desktop. Please remember to cancel bookings that will not be used.
