Research Summary
Sander's main research interest is bioanalytical method development, global LCMS lipidomics and global LCMS metabolomics. He is currently working on his PhD thesis, where the aim is to utilize global metabolomics, lipidomics and glycomics for investigating the host response to infection causing sepsis, and to find novel biomarkers for sepsis. In his master project Sander developed global LCMS lipidomics for future application in clinical diagnostics.
