Research Summary
Dr. Salvador studied glomerular filtration rate in children during her PhD studies. Her primary research interest is in Inherited Metabolic Disorders (IMD), with a focus on neurotransmitter and neurometabolic disorders, and the use of global metabolomics/lipidomics in IMD. Additionally, she is interested in studying the effect of kidney function on several diagnostic biomarkers used in screening for IMD.

- 2009-to date: Oslo University Hospital – Rikshospitalet, Norway
- 2008: Fredrikstad Health Center, Norway
- 2007-2008: Moss and Fredrikstad Hospital, Norway
