Testicular Cancer Research Group
Group leader
Oslo University Hospital is responsible for the oncological treatment of patients with testicular cancer in the South-Eastern health region of Norway. We treat approximately 170 new patients with testicular cancer annually, which is considered as a large clinical center for testicular cancer internationally.
The Testicular Cancer Research group is a broad multidisciplinary group consisting of specialists within the fields of oncology, urology, pathology, radiology, nuclear medicine, endocrinology, pediatrics, fertility and molecular oncology.
The clinical research on testicular cancer at Oslo University Hospital is primarily through collaboration with The Swedish and Norwegian Testicular Cancer Group (SWENOTECA).
