Research interests

My research revolves around identifying environmental risk and protective factors for juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) development and phenotype, as well as the interplay between genetics and environmental factors. I am particularly interested in early-life exposures, like environmental toxins, breastfeeding and smoking.

PROJECT: PREVENT-JIA
