Testicular cancer (Leydig cell tumor)
Links to Isosurfaces created on mitochondrial mutant fractions found in a 3D volume (1.5mmx2.2mmx0.6mm) by laser capture microdissection (LCMD). A total of 1824 laser capture samples was taken from the tumor volume and analyzed by cycling temperature capillary electrophoresis. This sample had 2 different mutations (marker 1 and marker 2) that could be analyzed and quantified in the LCMD samples. Each link below directs to a 3D Isosurface presentation.
