December 2025:
First national NAD-HD seminar!
Collaborators and partners from multiple departments and Oslo University Hospital and two partner institutions in Bergen (Haukeland University Hospital and NKS Olaviken alderspsykiatriske sykehus) gathered in Oslo for a scientific update on the ongoing NAD-HD study in Huntington’s disease. Special guest was our international advisor Lena Hjermind from the University of Copenhagen.

Janna is a PhD student with professor Wilma van de Berg at Amsterdam University Medical Center and has stayed with our group in Oslo for three months working on polygenic risk scores and data from the Global Parkinson's Genetics Program (GP2).

Representatives from the Norwegian Huntington’s disease association (Landsforeningen for Huntingtons sykdom), Geir Viksund and Livar Hølland, visited the group for a special seminar to mark the launch of the study.
