Mini prep
2. Ressuspend the pellet in 200 μl of buffer P1 (DO NOT VORTEX).
3. Add 200 μl of buffer P2, mix well (DO NOT VORTEX), and incubate max 5min at RT.
4. Add 200 μl of buffer P3 and mix well (DO NOT VORTEX).
5. Centrifuge 10 min at 10000 rpm 4°C.
6. Take the SNT to a new tube; add 300 μl of phenol + 300 μl of Chlorophorme and vortex well.
7. Centrifuge 10 min at 10000 rpm 4°C.
8. Take the aqueous phase to a new tube and add 1 volume of isopropanol.
9. Centrifuge 10 min at 10000 rpm 4°C.
10. Discard SNT and wash the pellet with 70% ethanol.
11. Centrifuge 10 min at 10000 rpm 4°C.
12. Discard SNT and dry the pellet 1 to 5 min at 95°C (Do not dry it too much).
13. Ressuspend the pellet in an appropriate volume of H2O + 15μ/ml RNaseA.
