Bio:

Christina Sveen finished her Bachelor Degree in 2020 as a Bioengineer before commencing her Master Degree in Bio Medicine at Oslo Metropolitan University (2020-2022). She performed her Master’s thesis under the supervision of Dr. Nikolai Engedal and Dr. Natalie Jayne Kurganovs, where she investigated the role of autophagy and autophagy-related genes in the development of melanoma. After graduating her Masters in June 2022, Sveen continued working as a Special Engineer in the “Autophagy in cancer” project group where she has contributed to numerous projects, including involvement in international collaborations.
