TROFAMI – Thrombolysis fail in acute myocardial infarction
Founded by The South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, this prospective observational study includes patients who receive thrombolysis as treatment for acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation (STEMI). Clinical data and blood samples are collected to form a biobank. The main aim is to identify key elements that impact the success rate of thrombolysis, and to identify novel mediators with potential treatment translational perspective in STEMI.
