Single-cell and spatial data analysis
We offer different single-cell analyses. Most commonly, single-cell data sequenced with UMIs are analyzed aimed at making clusters and then annotating these clusters according to known cell type expression profiles. In addition many users require the integration of multiple samples for comparison.
A typical output from a standard single cell analysis (see example plots below) would contain cell cluster calculations with and without cell-cycle regression, cell cluster annotation, establishing cell cluster markers, highlighting key genes of interest etc.
There are significant (and still ongoing) advances in both single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. BCF is currently working on developing analysis strategies for such data with respect to in-depth spatial analysis, deconvolution of spatial data, and analysis of multimodal single-cell or spatial data.
