Interactions and enrichments

In many projects, the overall aim is to understand the function of one or more genes and their potential interactions with other RNAs or proteins. BCF provides bioinformatic analyses to address questions related to transcription, translation, gene expression regulation, protein–protein interactions, and related biological processes.

To support these analyses, we apply a range of established computational approaches including gene set enrichment analysis, gene ontology analysis, pathway analysis, and KEGG pathway mapping. These analyses are performed using widely adopted and well-validated open-source bioinformatics tools.

BCF can also generate pathway- and network-based interpretations of omics datasets, helping researchers place their results in a broader biological context. Typical outputs include pathway enrichment summaries, interaction networks, and visualizations that highlight key biological processes and molecular interactions represented in the data.
