DeepNET-AI segmentation of metastatic liver disease in patients with neuroendocrine tumors. PhD project for Håvard Bjørke Jenssen, main supervisor Andreas Abildgaard. Cooperation with National Center for Neuroendocrine tumors and Computational radiology and AI.

Participating in various projects in Oslo University Hospital lead by Hepato-Pancreato-Biliar (HPB) surgery, Intervention Centre (IVC), Norwegian PSC Research Center,(NoPSC),  National Center for Neuroendocrine tumors and department of Transplantation Medicine at OUS, including but not limited to:
