PCI of antibody based therapeutics
Current therapeutic use of antibodies is limited to antigens expressed on the cell surface or released into the circulation due to a lack of an effective mechanisms to access the inside of the cell.
In this project we aim to use the PCI method to obtain efficient cytosolic/nuclear delivery of antibodies having intracellular targets.
