Research interests

I am a researcher and principal investigator at Oslo University Hospital with a research focus on systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis. Together with my research team, I lead prospective studies focused on the development and validation of diagnostic, prognostic, and treatment-response biomarkers for lupus nephritis.

I am an inventor of a novel lupus nephritis biomarker and work closely with my team and Inven2 to translate biomarker discoveries into clinically applicable tools. Our research aims to improve disease diagnosis, stratification, monitoring, and patient-tailored treatment strategies.
