Sachin started working as head engineer in Proteomics facility in November 2019. He received PhD from University of Karlsruhe Germany in 2015. His PhD was on deciphering in vivo proteome and transcriptome changes over time upon inflammation in zebrafish. Soon after his PhD, He received scientia fellow’s post-doctorate research fellowship (2015-17) to move University of Oslo. He has expertise in Proteomics, PTM-proteomics, Pathway analysis (Meta-Core), R biconductors. He has keen interest in proteomic method development and bioinformatics.
