Kristin Alm-Kruse
- Researcher; RN, PhD
Kristin Alm-Kruse holds a PhD based on data from the Norwegian Cardiac Arrest Registry, with a focus on out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) and the use and quality of registry data. Following her PhD, she continued research on OHCA patients and spent a year at IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, contributing to the TIME-CARE study.
She currently works as a researcher at the Prehospital Clinic at Oslo University Hospital. In addition, she serves as regional coordinator for the South-eastern regional health authority at the Norwegian Intensive Care and Crisis Register (NICreg), specifically within the Crisis registry section. Clinically, she has experience from both general and neurosurgical intensive care units, as well as from working in the emergency room.
Her research interests include prehospital care, registry-based research, and improving outcomes for critically ill patients.
