Dr. Andreas Androutsellis-Theotokis

“I thought some pains were supposed to go away but they get worse (administration…). On the other hand, leading your own effort counts for something”

The speaker will take us through the change in anxieties, and daily life concerns in research life (from PhD to PI).  Inspired by his own experience he will discuss the gap between expectations and reality and how it is advisable to take into account and be prepared for the possibility of simply bad luck.
