PhD thesis entitled 'Genome-wide DNA methylation and gene expression profiling of multiple sclerosis CD4+ and CD8+T cells', supervised by Steffan D. Bos (MSc, PhD) and co-supervised by Tone Berge (MSc, Phd) and Hanne Harbo (MD, PhD)
Current research interests is to gain better insight in the involved immune cells in MS pathological processes by the use of single cell multiome ATAC + RNA sequencing to create a high-resolution map of the immune cell composition and epigenetic fingerprint of the immune cells.
