When do I need additional contracts or agreements?

The Grant Agreement and Consortium agreement will regulate the obligations between the partners and the EC.

You will need additional agreements if you are going to exchange/transfer:

• Material (e.g. any human material)
• Information containing person data
• Register data

Consult your research support team. Use available contract templates. Get advice on legal issues, you are responsible for the use of the data. 

NDAs (non-disclosure-agreements) may be needed if you exchange information with persons in organisations that have not signed the GA and CA.
