What is the cost statement?

It is an online formula where each partner fill in their cost for a reporting period. You will find it in the Participant Portal.

The cost statement must be electronically signed by a person in the partner’s organisation with the authorisation to sign for costs of the actual amount.

It is very important that all costs are eligible and correct. The consequences of claiming costs that do not relate to project activates may be sever. Financial audits will use the cost statement (aka Annex 4) as basis for approvals or investigations
