Tuula has been the Head of Proteomics Core Facility since May 2016. She has a PhD from University of Helsinki, Finland from 2001 (Biochemical characterization and functional studies on human leukocyte IFN-alpha using mass spectrometry and proteome analysis), and wide experience in different proteomics techniques applied to study immunology and cell signaling.
