Our research group uses high-throughput methods to study both genetics and epigenetics in Mendelian and complex diseases. We are also involved in numerous projects trying to understand the influence of epigenetic variation on more complex phenotypes. For example, the effect of medications taken during pregnancy on a childs neurodevelopment and DNA methylation. Our NSC group is responsible for running the core Illumina sequencing at AMG.
