Yvan Strahm holds a PhD in molecular biology and biochemistry from the University of Lausanne and an MSc in bioinformatics from the Swiss Institute for Bioinformatics. He has been working as a bioinformatician at our department since 2011, mainly with pipeline development for variant calling, annotation and interpretation of high-throughput sequencing data.
