Complicated headache after COVID-19 vaccination
Cohort study of patients with new-onset headache following covid-19 vaccine.
Inclusion of patients started in February 2021 when the first patients were referred. Data are registered prospectively in the neuroscience register of subsequent patients, and we will continue to include patients for one year. In addition, in our national research network, we have invited colleagues in the other three health regions to register similar variables in their subsequent patients with severe headache after covid vaccine. In this collaboration, we will describe the properties and treatment effects of a national cohort.
Our collaboration is important to gain experience with this new headache. In our center, we also collect blood samples for biomarker analyzes to assess immunological mechanisms.
