The research group focuses on the study of intrathecal immune responses in neurological diseases, in particular multiple sclerosis (MS). Through this, we aim to understand disease mechanisms to contribute to more specific therapeutic approaches.
- IgG1 alltoypes in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with multiple sclerosis: We have discovered a selection of B cells carrying certain variants of the immunoglobulin receptor in the cerebrospinal fluid
- Characterize the intrahecal B cell response on the level of single cells
- T-/B-cell collaboration in the central nervous system of patients with multiple sclerosis
