Congratulations to the new Master of Science graduates
The project group leaders Edward Leithe and Kushtrim Kryeziu have supervised three MSc students who all successfully defended their theses in June. They were students at the Department of Biosciences, University of Oslo, and their experimental MSc works were fully performed in the Lothe lab.

The students and their research topics were:
Karen Irene Arnesen. Deciphering the role of ubiquitin-binding proteins in the regulation of gap junctions in cervical cancer cells.
Nora Skjerven Strømnes. Targeting drug resistance of BRAF-mutated colorectal cancer with novel combination therapies.
Anna Grønning. Functional characterization of short linear motifs in the regulation of the gap junction channel protein Connexin43.
