Abhilash completed his masters in molecular biology in Sweden and the USA. He has experience in histology and immunology research, and previously studied regulatory proteins in first trimester trophoblasts and other human pathophysiological tissues. He identified a novel subset of Natural Killer cells (NK17/NK1) in patients with Multiple Sclerosis and is currently working on drug-loaded Nano-particles (NPs) in cancer therapy as well as determining NP induced immune response and examining presence of immune cells in different tumors.
