Cand.scient. Hege Edvardsen defended her thesis - entitled "Genetic variation and response to radio- and chemotherapy and adverse side effects in cancer patients" - on Wednesday May 9th 2007.
She gave her trial lecture on the subject Individually tailored cancer treatment. Current status and future prospects the day before.
Both events took place in the large Auditorium at the Norwegian Radium Hospital at Montebello.
